Introduction Text I thank Shelly, "GLITTERGIRL69"for guiding me to this page. She has helped me with so much on Spark People. She is the Team Leader from "I Can't Do This On My Own". Eventhough I heard about SP from a neighbor in August of 2010, it was February 4, 2012 when I truely became serious. Shelly taught me how to use the nutrition tracker; she knew I would love using it. Wow! It is a powerful tool. It has even motivated me to want to exercise every day. Isn't that amazing? She has taught me how to use the fitness & weight loss trackers. She is still teaching me more on these trackers and other things too. I sure am grateful to her. Are relationship started with God at the center of it. I'm so thankful God brought Shelly into my life. Thank you GLITTERGIRL69, for all that you do to make this jouney fun & a blessing to my health. Spark People Team Leader, GLITTERGIRL, from Team, "I Can't Do This On My Own", helped me reach my goal in 2012. I was able to maintain my weight for several months, but now I have to get serious again as much of my hard work I let go of, putting my focus on another issue. I will keep on, until I get back to my goal.
