Thanks' for the support. I appreciate it!!
As for the family pressure.... not much I can do when your related to a group of people that HAVE to tell you their two cents. They mean well, but have nothing to give for support. :) 1949 days ago

Hang in there, and just remember every little bit of movement counts. If you can make Spark part of your daily ritual, and commit to moving just a little bit more every day, you'll be amazed the difference it can make. And also remember, (something I get trapped in too often), don't over think the exercise part too much. I have found that I have spent too much time, occasionally, planning what I going to do instead of just going for a walk or something. Good Luck! 1949 days ago

It's great that you're doing this one step at a time--working fitness into a busy schedule can be its own chore, I know, and definitely something you don't need to stress over when you're just starting out.
Congratulations on quitting smoking without gaining weight--congrats on the two goals separately, too! I quit so we could get pregnant with our own little one, but I didn't manage to keep weight off at the same time.
Don't be too hard on yourself... there are lots of us out here facing hardships with our diets and fitness, and SparkPeople is a great place to get support. I love that I have so many people who have done it before me, helping me know that I can.
You can do it! Best wishes with all your goals. 1949 days ago
