My goal is to lose 30 pounds in three months, but hopefully I can do it in two months. (All things are possible).

I have just recently really struggled with my weight, probably the past 5 years or so. I can' seem to keep off the extra pounds, I lose it and gain it, lose it and gain it, and the battle of the bulge continues. It is usally anywhere from10 to now really 40 pounds I need to lose to get back to the size I am ok with. I am choosing to start off with 30 ( Maybe this number just sounds more attainable, perhaps...) and go from there.

I think a lot of my weight gain has to do with me not working and sitting around much more. When I was more active, I kept the weight off without really having to exericise, I was just naturally on the move and go all of the time. Well, I guess this is what happens when you begin to get older and you slow down.

Another truth is that I am a food addict, but I never had a weight problem. It could be because I was always on the go, and now that I think about it, I am probably more so a 'binge eater'. Yes, I think binge eating is more so of what I am. I do eat at times to comfort me, but this is not the 'norm', it comes and goes. Again, more so on the 'binge' wagaon.

I can go months of eating right and all of a sudden, I begin to binge eat and sometimes I can't stop for days. Yes, I am a food addict who has gotten away with becoming seriously obese by the Grace of God.

I am glad to have found this site, there seems to be much encourgament and inspiritation. I don't have a choice but to lose these 30 pounds.
