Update for 2011! I reached my goal last year, I lost 20 pounds!! Gained about 4 through the holidays, I enjoyed every bite! My New Year's Resolution this year is to cook healthier meals and get my children to actually enjoy and eat them. No strict diet for me, trying to avoid processed foods, and add more fruits and veggies into the mix. Also trying to make as many Zumba classes as I can. I also started online school to get my AA in information tech!!! Excited, I enjoy it so far and have a 4.0! Starting school has really interfered with my daily working out. I'm still trying to find a way to fit it back in.

Day 4 of 30 day shred:
Arm: 11.25"
Thigh: 23"
Hips: 39"
Waist: 40"

Day 30 of 30 day shred:
Arm: 11"
Thigh: 22.5"
Hips: 38"
Waist: 38.5"

Before ChaLean:
Arm: 11.25"
Thigh: 20.25" (lower) 22.25" (upper)
Hips: 38.75"
Waist: 24.5" (Ryan did the measuring) 37" (my measuring)
Chest: 33.5"

2 month check in:
Arm: 10.75" -.5"

    Yeah... the Holidays are fun and hard.

    Fortunately I did not gain any, but I have not lost any. I wouldnt call it a Platau though because I kind of just stopped really trying to lose weight. I still worked out regularly (3 days a week probably) and ate decent... not counting calories though.

    BUT.... I figured it all started because I was on a platau and I think the break helped me.

    I now am back to counting and back to working out 5 times a week.

    I am still Zumba-ing... LOVE IT!!!

    I think the best thing is to do what works for you! It seems like it is alot easier to use the nutrition now as well. So many more foods. i have been back to Yoga a couple times and I already feel those muscles starting to firm up again! yay!
