Hello all! Thanks for visiting my Spark Page!

I joined Sparkpeople to hold myself accountable for my actions and to see my progress or lack there of. To share my accomplishments and my downfalls with a community of like minded people. I am here to give and recieve support and motivation, to learn, and to share.

Fitness to some degree has always been part of my life but I've always lacked in one department or another. I believe my biggest crutch has always been staying motivated. I find something, go hard with it then find excuses not to continue - and I end up believing them!
I would like that to stop, a bad habit if you will that I'm trying to break!

My Goals:
I was 145lbs when I first joined Spark in early February 2013, I have since reset my profile but have achieved my 1'st goal of loosing 5lbs (140lbs) by 3/30/13!!

October 16, 2013 ~ 133lbs

Loose 5lbs (135lbs) by 4/30/13

Loose another 5lbs by 5/30/13 (130lbs) (10lbs total)

Loose another 5lbs (125lbs) by 06/30/13 or have a flat belly and have lost some inches.

Achieve Emerald Status with Beachbody by 7/30/13

Track my food daily

Schedule my workouts

Preplan my meals

Keep track of what I eat, keep it healthy.

TurboFire 2-3x/week

Stretch - do some yoga

Look at motivational and inspirational things - believe in myself and keep motivated
