Funny thing happened after reaching my goal weight, you guessed it I gained 20 pounds! How could I have done this to myself after working so hard for years to get to that goal. Unfortunately I'm like millions of other people.

When you reach your goal weight your journey does not end. You need to have the strength to continue your healthy journey. It takes hard work and determination. I guess I just sabotage myself. Thinking I was strong enough to do it on my own. Well, I was wrong! So I have come home to Sparkpeople and have signed up for BLC-27. I'm very excited to dedicate myself to the hard work and dedication that is expected. This is a 12 week challenge and my goal is to lose 10 pounds. My team will have weekly weigh-ins, weekly nutrition challenge, Tight'n and Tone Thursday, and weekend challenges.

So after taking measurements, weighing, and taking before shots I'm READY! Let me tell you when I see my photos it is so embarrassing! I decided to post them on my page to reminded me to work hard to get back in shape!

Finding time to accomplish exercise and health can be difficult, but it is really just making yourself come first.

I'm from Sacramento, CA, where I have lived all my life. I am 59 years old, married to my wonderful husband. We have been married for almost 30 years. I have son 39 years old and a daughter who is 29.

Other Information:
I'm an animal lover. I have three dogs. I love to read mystery books. I also, love to garden. Digging in the ground is a great stress reliever.
