It's time for a lifestyle change. So far this winter I have been unhappy, unmotivated, and uncaring... I've had the blah's and my friends and family have spent the season wondering why I am so discontented, and I'm sick of it! I don't want to be the one that people worry about, I want to be the one that is capable of achieving her goals, no matter what they are! So, back to the drawing board! I redid all of my goals, and I am feeling good about it. I know that I have it in myself to do this all the way and keep it that way, I just have to believe in myself. I guess that's really the first step.

My Goals:
I want to be happy, motivated, and a positive influence on those around me.

My Program:
Well... I am planning on walking my dog whenever possible and going to the gym at least 3 times per week. I need someone to give me a butt kick once and awhile to help keep me going, so hopefully I will find someone who's willing to do that!

Personal Information:
I live in Alberta, Canada. I love it here! Yeah, our winters are cold and often last longer than our summers, but the trade off is that it's beautiful. I am close to the mountains, and close the the prairies. I live in a big city but I can get out of it quickly when I want to. At this point in my life I am happy here, and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Other Information:
I love camping and other outdoor activities, I need to get out and do more of them because being outside always makes me feel good. I need to get out of the city every once and awhile and just be in a simple, relaxed environment. That really helps me feel like I can stay on track. Winter is hard because there's only so many things you can do when it's -30 outside, so hopefully it will get warmer soon!
