    Congrats on your new Consistency award! Last week was not the best as far as tracking my walking, etc. Too much to do and the next two I will be real busy too. The weather here is too warm to do much except in the morning and late evening. Then I stay up too late and can't get going in the morning when it is cool. I plan on hitting the pool in the morning this next week. Lets see if I can make it more han one day. I better enjoy it while I still have it available! emoticon emoticon

    HI AK Woman: Thanks for he comment you recently left me. I am busy trying to get so many things done for my retirements. The Army one is an easy fix, I hope. The State/County one is the one that is being painful, and I want them both fixed before I make the move to Ak this AUG. Then there is that to finish setting up, and get all this stuff sorted through that I have been carting around for the last 20 years too, as I don't plan on bringing it all to AK. My house loan is started, I was up in Late APR to meet w/ the contractor, visit the cabinet maker, stove shop, rock shop, etc, so I am making progress, but it is a slow, painful process. I certainly need patience in this area.

    am walking, stretching and some strength training at least twice a week. I just got over a seven month bout w severe sciatica, so have certain exercises I do daily, morning and night, plus the sciatic notch stretch to keep my hips moving freely again. How about You, how is your exercise coming?
    I hope to meet you when I get settled in AK, Do you have any quilt shops near you? I love visiting different ones.

    Thanks for checking out my pictures of Alaska. Wish we could have met while we were there.
    We spent several days cruising the Inside passage. Then took a bus to Anchorage from Seward. Then the train from Anchorage to Denali and on to Fairbanks. We flew home from Fairbanks.

    Love your state and had a wonderful time.
