Hi, I'm a 60 year old Alabama Granny who loves her Lord! I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Depression, Chronic Pain and Fatigue, and IBS. I am almost completely homebound from Agoraphobia and depression.
I want to lose about 50 pounds but this is not set in stone. I want to be a healthy weight and size!
I have a delightful Bichon, and a frisky, half-blind Maltese Cat. I am Blessed to have my Nephew living with me and helping me with every day life!

Fitness Minutes: 3,790

My Goals:
My first goal is to feel better.

My second goal is to lose to 175 pounds by April 1, 2018; and then lose 25 more pounds by October 1, 2018. My goals are 175 pounds and then 150 pounds. At this weight I will decide whether to go for more.


My Program:
My Program includes: Doing a minimum of 10 minutes of exercise 3 times a day, 5 days a week.
2) Log all food.

3) Journal, so I can see where I'm coming from and where I'm going to.

4) Move! If only 10 minutes at a time!

5) Walk 2,000 steps 5 days a week. When Fibromyalgia is not acting up.



Personal Information:
1) I am a follower of Christ Jesus!
2) I have 2 beautiful Grandsons by my Daughter/Neice. My Older Sister Blessed me by allowing me to love her Children as my own!??
3) Out of 6 original Family Members, there are only me and my Older Brother left. Rob is handicapped by a series of Strokes. ??
4) God Blessed me with a wonderful Sister (in-law).??
5) I love music! ????

    Thanks for your comment on my blog post today. I have the Fitbit Blaze. I really like it because it can sync to my phone and act like a GPS then. It also measures heart rate and sleep patterns - which I think the Fitbit Charge 2 also does. But I don't think the Charge 2 will act as a GPS device.

    If you don't want all the whistles and bells, I started with the Fitbit Flex. It was pretty basic, but it did the trick if all you want to do is keep track of step count.
