Hello Friends !!! Back [actually] after a year.
How is everyone doing?

A lot has been going on since last 1 year and did not really pay attension to my own body and the need of being healthy. I used to do so many things a year back and used to update it on the page here that I used to dread coming back to the page to see of what all had accomplished and now I am not doing anything.

But you know what, thought to myself, what the heck? If I can do before I can do now as well.

So I am baaaaaaaaaaaaack

Wiping all the old memories and time to make new ones... what say???

GOAL 1:-
Go to the gym everyday.
Mon: Muscle Work
Tues: Pilates
Wed: Run out
Thurs: Xfit
Fri: Pilates
Sat: Yoga
Sun: Yoga

Weight and BMI Goals:
Weight: 184 -- BMI: 31.6%(Obese) -- 12th Dec 2011
Weight: 174 -- BMI: 29.9%(Overweight) -- 20th Feb 2012
Weight: 164 -- BMI: 28.1%(Overweight) -- 30th Apr 2012
Weight: 154 -- BMI: 26.4%(Overweight) -- 9th July 2012
Weight: 144 -- BMI: 24.7%(Normal) -- 10th Sept 2012
Very reachable goal of losing 1 pound per week. Just have to stick to proper diet and fitness routine.
