My name is Olivia, I am a single mother of 3 wonderful boys ages 15, 8 and 2. A month ago I realized that I was fatigue all the time and decided to get a physical to ensure nothing health related was wrong. Everything checked out at the doctors office and that was a relief except I was still tired all the time. I knew I was the largest I've ever been weighin in at 173lbs. I thought maybe if I tried to lose some weight I would feel a lot better and find some energy to keep up ...

My name is Olivia, I am a single mother of 3 wonderful boys ages 15, 8 and 2. A month ago I realized that I was fatigue all the time and decided to get a physical to ensure nothing health related was wrong. Everything checked out at the doctors office and that was a relief except I was still tired all the time. I knew I was the largest I've ever been weighin in at 173lbs. I thought maybe if I tried to lose some weight I would feel a lot better and find some energy to keep up with my busy schedule. I started a 14 day fruit and veg detox with one hr cardio a day. I am now down to 162lbs and feeling a whole lot better. I have much more energy now and I feel like I want to continue on living a better lifestyle and excercising. I wanted to get a personal trainer but after reviewing the cost I've decided that was not an affordable option for me. Now I am just looking for information on how to properly excercise to achieve the best results and hit the main target areas I've outlined for myself. I am more than willing to put in the work, now I just need to learn how.
