What to really put here. My weight loss has been a struggle since my early 20's after my first child.
November 2017 I had a scare, showed all the signs of a heart-attack and ended up in the hospital. After rounds of tests, I am thankful that it was just due to stress and anxiety. At that point, I decided that no matter what, this weight is coming off. I will not give up or go down without a fight.
December 2018 - Started Figure 8 Fitness Workouts 4x a week
January 2018 - I decided to go to a weight loss clinic to have a bit more accountability on getting my weight off. Working on proper portion control. Switched to healthier lifestyle no red meat, no sweets, all lean proteins (chicken, fish, turkey) and veggies.
February 2018 - got a Fitbit. Best thing ever, always wanting to hit my daily goals. My weight loss partner for sure. Changed my work out schedule, now do Figure 8 Fitness 5x a week, 2 days of strength training.
March 2018 - Getting ready for my month 2 check in at the clinic, already down a total of 14lbs, closer to that under 200lbs mark. Overall feeling a lot better, have more energy, starting to notice belly doesn't look so big in shirts and face is starting to thin.

Other Information:
I love to read and I usually finish a book or two a week either by reading or listening to the audible version.
