I'm back at it again! I need to keep up the determination and consistency to see this thing through. I'm running 5Ks again, working with a trainer, and I just signed up to run a half marathon in October with Team in Training! No choice but to stick with it!

Fitness Minutes: 12,912

My Goals:
Long term - to lose 80 pounds

To become a runner - at least a 5K each month, and to follow through with training for a half marathon in October

To fit into a pair of Zumba pants

To take a family picture and like the way I look in it!


My Program:
I completed the C25K program once before and ran several successful 5Ks and one 10K. I just finished the program again, this time with a running group. Love that accountability! I'm shaving the time off my 5Ks, running 3-4 times per week.

I'm doing all over body strenght training 2x a week with a personal trainer, as well as participating in a weekly bootcamp.

I also LOVE Zumba, bu haven't had much time for it lately. I go to Zumbathons when I can!

My nutrition plan is where I struggle. I'm just not consistent. No excuses, just need to get on track with that!

I'm from PA and am a high school ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher. My husband and I will celebrate our 9 year anniversary July 3. We have two great kids, two dogs, and two cats! We love camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities. I also love reading, watching movies, and I'm a Pampered Chef Consultant.
