I weigh 120 kilos and my goals are to get down to 95 kilos by the end of the year, live a happier and healthier lifestyle and have more energy and zest for life.

My Program:
 Eating healthier by limiting treats and snacks and exercising everyday, even if it's just for 10 mins.


Personal Information:
My interests include listening to music, watching movies/my favourite TV shows, collecting pop vinyl figurines and trying new and different things.
