*Lose 10% of weigh DONE
*Get to 250
*Get to 35 on BMI chart

*Wear a size 8
*Run a mile
*Normalize blood pressure
*See daylight between my thighs
*Wear a bikini (it will be the first time ever)

My Program:
 Calorie restriction for now. Not really sure about my program, thinking of the cookie diet. Will update you once I'm clear.
