Introduction Text Hello everyone. My name is Melinda (or Aerin). I am a single 31 year old pagan woman on a journey to lose over 200 lbs. I am a Sophomore at Texas Tech University, I also work in the University Writing Center as a Student Assistant. I am a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA). I LOVE to read, and I watch way too much TV (what can I say I like the shows). I also like to play RPG's. Any questions about me please ask.

Eat Healthy Exercise

Drinking LOTS of water Keep sodium down. Drink 24oz of Fat Free or 2% milk daily

Hamilton, I also like some horror authors like Dean Koontz and Anne Rice.
