Hi. My name is Adz. I'm 29, from London England.I'm tired of being the fat girl. It's time I got fit and sexy.

Few things about me: I'm 5ft10'', my highest weight in July 2016 was 225lbs (eeeek!) I don't think I can remember ever being less than 181lbs. Not in my adult life anyway. I'm never gonna be a skinny mini, nor do I think I wanna be. I like my curves, but they've just gotta be a LOT less flabby! I don't know what weight will be the 'right' weight for me, so I'm just gonna keep going and evaluate as time goes on.

I love Spark, meeting new people, motivating people who can spur me on and vice versa. Let's do this. 2016...I WILL reach my "happy weight" and become the happy confident person I know I can be.

I'm 30 in November and would absolutely love to be in Onederland again before my birthday! I CAN DO THIS!

My Goals:
To reach a SEXY weight, where I feel overly confident about myself. I wanna be able to wear a bikini and not feel self-conscious.

I will be back in Onederland by my 30th birthday in November! (DONE 9 October! Whooop!)

GW1: new Mueller spiralizer (ACHIEVED 05 September 2016)
GW2: waffle maker (will only be for low carb waffles, obvs! ha) (ACHIEVED 10 October 2016)
GW3: 1 hour massage (ACHIEVED 31 October 2016)
GW4: ice-cream maker (stick with the theme peoples! lol)
GW5: bosu ball or kettlebells for the flat
GW6: new sexy underwear sets
Ultimate GW: spend at least £250 on new clothes!

My Program:
EXERCISE! I absolutely love working out....

- I play netball once a week

- badminton once a week for 2 hours

- work on strength training (yawn!) as much as possible!

Burn burn burn those calories every week.

Dump junk food. Low carb/keto

My name is Adz, i'm 29 years old. I've been battling with my weight for as long as I can remember. I'm so bored of it. I'm bored of being worried about how I look. I'm bored of not being able to wear the outfits I want because of my weight. As a 29 year old, I shouldn't be doing this to myself. I wanna be completely HAPPY with my body and my health.

I love sports. I play netball and badminton every week.

I'm on a low-carb plan (not any specific one: my own one from the various information I've seen out there). I know low carb is not for everyone, but it definitely is right for me.
