Ok here I go : TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF MY LIFE AGAIN!! It seems that talking to outsiders does not help if the they are not on the same page so what we have here is the fact that I am turning over a new leaf. Yesterday I had a major talk with my self and decided who not better to take charge than me! LOL I have been such a servant to outside pleasures that it is ridiculous and also waiting for someone else to do it with me. YEAH RIGHT most of the time that someone doesnt want to see you succeed anyway.

So it is time for me to take control and I am starting over today. You know I hate starting over but I have to. I am so tired of talking about it I have to be about it DAMN. Of course I have a bunch of activities going on as usual but are they helping or hurting? 9/10 times they are hurting so with that being said this is my fate. Where I am is a result of MY poor decision making no one else.

I am going to start today by eliminating toxins physically and mentally, thoughts, phone numbers pictures, foods just to name a few. I m sure as I am typing this 1 has at least called. No more allowing people to make me a option when I make them a priority, breaking my neck. GTFOH!!!

A lifestyle change is what I will achieve. No matter how bad it hurts the pain will be worth the pleasure!

Fitness Minutes: 675

My Goals:
My goal is to loose 70 pounds by SEPT. 2013. It seem so far way but it will be here before you know it. So I am starting over today.

IAM SO TIRED OF CONSTANTLY DOING THIS I NEED SOMETHING
THAT WILL MOTIVATE ME TO STICK WITH IT. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHH


Beginning Weight:
260 lb.
3/14/13-THIS IS STILL IT.


My Program:
Cardio- 30minutes per day @ least 5 days.

Water- 3 glasses per day. (I HATE WATER)

Strength Training- 3 X's per week.

Eliminate meat 1 day per week.

South Beach program eating plan.



Personal Information:
I am a Michigander that loves food. I enjoy trying new foods and love to go to new resturants.
At this point in time in my life I have evaluated myself and am in the process of re-invention. Things that go along with it my business, looks etc. Change is inevitable in the times that we live in so that is what I am doing.
