Introduction Text My husband and I welcomed our son on November 20, 2011 and I'm beginning my journey back to better health and of course a better body! At one point I lost all but 10 pounds of my pre-pregnancy weight and then gained it all back plus some. 1200-1600 calories a day, yoga, jogging, circuit training. I have been smoke free since April 2011!

I live in Missouri with my wonderful husband precious son. I enjoy photography on the side and have a part time job but my main job is mommy!

I find my greatest inspiration from God and I love my husband, crazy friends, nature, the art of tattoos, and photography.
