Busy mom of 4. I homeschool, travel, take grad-school classes and occasionally find time for me!
Right now I'm rehabing from a broken foot and foot surgery. It's going way too slow but I'm loving the Wii Fit. It's really helping me alot since I can't do major impact stuff yet.

Have more strength for fun things like scuba diving and rock climbing with my kids.
My Program:
Cardio 5-6 days a week plus strength training 3 days a week. Low sugar/ low starch.
