My Goals:
ere are my goals for BLC 43:
(1) Track every bite.
(2) Eat at least three vegetables a day.
(3) Do all exercises directed by my doctor after my knee surgery.
(4) Lose at least one pound a week.
My Program:
I want to lose 10 pounds by June 2020.
Personal Information:
I am a retired elementary school principal. I have worked as a student teacher supervisor, instructional consultant and an elementary school teacher. I have been happily married for 49 years. I have two grown daughters and three granddaughters.
Other Information:
I love to read. I usually read about three books a week on my ipad. I also have many friends that meet often to eat, drink, play games and just have fun.
I also love to travel. In the last few years, I have been to Paris, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Russia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Norway and London. In April 2015, my friends and I traveled to France to visit wineries and finish up in Paris. In 2019, we traveled to Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia.
