My Goals:
1. Lower my body fat percentage (mini goal 24%)
2. Build muscle mass
3. Eat healthy, almost vegan diet.
4. Learn to eat in a way that doesn't cause waight gain
5. Enjoy my food and exercising
6. Get my TDEE towards 2000 cal/day
My Program:
Vegetarian (almost vegan) diet. Inspired by calorie density (Novack) and portion control. Periodically tracking calories and nutrients. Regular exercising, I enjoy Pilates, walking, biking, yoga, resistance training, rebounding, home workouts.
