Hi, I'm Cassie. I have a baby girl, she'll be 10 months old soon. I've been struggling with losing my baby weight. I'm planning in working on losing weight by starting to eat healthier (less snacks/crap, more veggies and fruit), walking the dog more, and doing some if the fitness challenges on the Internet (30 day ab challenge and 30 day squat challenge).
