#BeforeAndAfter I don't have a lot of photos of myself at my peak. Mostly because I was horribly uncomfortable. My mom sent the one on the left to me today. I think it is from may 2017 or 2018? The pic on the right is from yesterday. Now I have the motivation to go take a walk. I like what is happening.

Fitness Minutes: 19,600

My Goals:
Improved fitness and health.

My Program:
 Working with a trainer (three times a week now!), interspersed with cardio. Tracking intake during the week. Intuitive eating on weekends.


Personal Information:
I lost a significant amount of weight about 10 years ago and realized I couldn't truly be healthy and still smoke. Losing a family member to lung cancer encouraged me even more. So I managed to quit smoking... and gained aalllll the weight back and then some.

I had a bit of a scare back in July/2018 that really drove home how my bad decisions were affecting my health. It was time to make better decisions and SparkPeople is helping me do that.

    I read you article Advice on questions to ask the doctor? it was very informative. My doctor runs all the tests you suggested. The only thing the doctor and I can’t seem to agree on are T3 and T4 tests. He claims nothing is wrong with my Thyroid, it tests normal. Where do I go from here?
