Oh my goodness. Has it really been a year since I've been on here? Wow! Well I am still at 190, but my eating habits and work outs have gone sour. I told a friend about this site...and it's something that I really have missed. So, here I am. Again :)

(Info from 6/10) Broke but determined, the Abby is weary but ready for change.
It seems that a simple start is the best way...and why not publicly broadcast my adventure to anyone who wishes to follow my emotional adventure towards skinny jeans and diminished stretch marks? Shall I post pics? Why yes, I shall. Cellulite unite us!

Original information from my start date 01/11/2010:

My Goals:
I have a rediculous amout of goals, but very few accomplishments. I have one so far in my life, I went thru natural childbirth at home, with no meds. HUZZAH! So, I figure its time for another big one. I want to be down to 180 by the time my daughter turns 2 (Nov). I dont want to wonder how many chins I have at certian angles. I dont want to take the awesome spare tire of skin around my belly and pinch at it like its some sort of evil thing that somehow attatched itself to me (cant be my fault, right?!?) ha. Really, I just want to be excited about food again, not just eatin to eat and eating the same things over and over. And gosh darn, if they are healthy, and I have a motivotional way of excersizing as well...(this site ROCKS) I think I may of found my first step towards my goal.

My Program:
A real, live, grocery list. I am BROKE, people, but im going to do my best to rid the excuses and do whatever it takes. I also, *shock* am going to take time to myself and excersize. I deserve a little time to do that. I am also going to buy a pedometer soon to help with the motivation.

My Weaknesses:
-Chocolate. Dear god chocolate.
Carbs. Rice. Potatoes. GRAAAVY. Milk. Bread. Oh god bread.

-Eating things in moderation.
-Feeling lazy after I get off work, not wanting to do much of ANYTHING.
-I dont drink water on the weekends.
-I dont do much of anything on the weekends actually.

Lets see how this list changes in 3 months. Hell, I hope at least one thing does.

My Goals:
When I hit 220: I will get my hair trimmed/colored. DONE

When I hit 215: new pair of shoes....delayed due to finances... DONE

When I hit 210: new bras (I already need them NOW!) delayed due to finances...ONE BOUGHT

When I hit 200: new sexy panties . DONE

When I hit 195: new red dress! DONE

When I hit 190: Sexy lingere photoshoot . DONE

When I hit 185: Road trip

When I hit 180: Solo trip to Pacific Ocean!

My Program:
I now drink 12 oz of water every day.
I try to walk at least 3 laps around my building, which makes up I think at least 1.5 miles a day.
I also try to do core training twice a week. I enter my foods every day on SP. This all depends on my daughter. But I do what I can, with the time I have :)

Personal Information:
I am happily single now, coparenting our beautiful baby that just turned 2 in November 2010. I am a ninja by day, photographer by night, semi introverted, emotional, artistic woman who is trying to rediscover her self. I do not dispise my weight or appearance, I accept it as a result of multiple decisions. I love my curves actually, and I will miss my boobies when they shrink along with everything else. But, I am ok with that trade off.

Other Information:

I have had a half cup of dark chocolate chips every night and I still lost 50 lbs. It's ok :) I am now trying to be more aware of what im eating, and how it effects my enviroment. Avoiding milk and meat products. Its an interesting journey so far!

Update: I've had chocolate twice in the past 3 weeks, and it was in small moderation that also fit into my daily allowance for the day. I still felt guilty, but im working on that! I haven't had potatoes or white bread since I started and I really haven't had a craving for it. I've substituted that want/need with more healthier stuffs! I drink 8oz of water EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK NOW! I enter every thing I put into my mouth, and at the end of the night I total it up and usually have room left for a smart little treat (usually gram cracker and whip cream!)
