Hi! My name is Amy! I have done this whole "diet" thing before but always the wrong way. I would exercise but do some crazy fad diet or diet without exercise. I really want to make a change in my life this time. I want to see my son grow up and not be the "fat" mom. I want to feel great and be healthy!

Update (6/08)-I feel like I am improving and really trying to make this a lifestyle change. I eat more consciously than before but I still struggle at times with emotional eating and portion control. I have the exercise part down fairly well but need to continue to change it up a bit so I don't get bored and my body still responds. I have kind of struggled over the past month or two with the same few pounds but I still feel like I am making steps in the right direction. I love SP! It has really been great for me to make new friends who understand this struggle and to see the amazing success stories! I can and will do this no matter how long it takes me!

Update (10/08)
Well I wish I could say I'm a loser in the way we all want yet here I am again...trying to get it together. I am trying to SLOWLY work my nerve up to getting back on Spark and getting back on track.

My Program:
I started with "baby steps" but I am in full swing now! I work out 5 days a week and add strength training 2 of those days. I stay within my calories on most days. I try to get good sleep and keep my stress levels down (easier said then done)
