I'm ready for a healthier lifestyle!
I'm a housewife and a stay at home mom, ready to change my eating habbits and my lifestyle so I can live a long and healthy life for my family and for myself. I want to lose about 40lbs. I have been at a lower weight than that before, but that was when I was a lot younger and did not have kids. My goal is to reach an attainable weight that I am comfortable with and that I can actually live with!

My Goals:
My goals are to treat this as a lifestyle change. I am not considering this a diet because the word 'diet' means restrictions to me. I am losing weight right now, but still eating what I want, except now I am learning to control the amounts I eat. Every week I plan on starting a mini-goal. Some of these would include drinking more water, excercising, eating more veggies and fruits etc.
