Maintaining on the sliding scale and beyond. Life has given me enough endless challenges! I need to keep learning how to cope with them, as this is life! No one said it would be easy or fair. We are not guaranteed tomorrow. Retirement has brought me to the time in my life that I’m the healthiest I have ever been.
my favorite challenge is eating one pound of veggies a day. Half cooked and half raw.

1. Am I satisfied with my finish?
2. Did I participate to the best of my ability? Yes
3. Did I read and take advantage of the fun activities my Leaders work hard to provide for me? Yes

5. How can I improve during Week 2, and 3, and ... until final weigh-in?
