Thank you for your insightful comment on my blog. I've been all over the place with calories. It's especially hard because SP has its formulas and they are based on certain amounts of activity, etc. I exercise a lot sometimes, but sometimes not as much, so it's hard to figure out how to gauge calories. Right now, I'm drinking 3 Boost drinks per day with one healthy meal. It's working for me and I like it because it's so hot that drinking just feels better than eating.
