    I love checking in with you as well!!! It's nice to have someone going through and doing the same thing I am! I really hear you about feeling stronger through the side lunges and push ups! It's amazing how much can change in just 4 days! On day 1, I was thinking "there is NO way I will be ready for Lvl 2 in only 10 days!" ... but maybe I will be afterall!!! I do still struggle some with the push ups, and the bicycle crunches but each day I get a little closer! I feel it. And the workout really feels worth it - I don't sweat this much at the gym even! I'm thinking about adding slightly more weight to a few of the moves already, but also don't want to rush into it. How'd you do today with L1D4? We are closing in on the end of week 1!!!! YAY!!!!

    It's really getting less difficult!!! Day 3 was good! How'd you find it? I find I can throw more into the workout since I'm not struggling so much! Hope your night workout has been successful, and you get some quiet me-time after your long day!
