    I plan to workout 6 days each week and rest on Sunday except add light walking with the girls. I love to exercise and would like to find a tennis buddy near home, since there are great courts nearby. I really love to eat fresh fruits and veggies so that's easy enough for me.

    My biggest struggle is eating enough calories. I tend to forget to eat or am not hungry and therefore do not eat.

    I love to exercise so that's easy for me too and I used to cross-train and need to get back into that. emoticon
