Alright, it's been 8 years that I've been stuck at the same weight: 130 pounds. This weight has stuck no matter how much I eat, how little I eat, how much I exercise, or how little I exercise! It's a persistent plateau! And it's time for that little extra pudge to go.

My weakness is eating out at my favorite restaurants. When I'm having a good day, I like to eat out to celebrate, but when I'm having a bad day, I like to eat out to boost my spirits. With this emotional eating problem is the problem of portion control.

I'm here to be accountable for choosing healthy foods, indulging in unhealthy foods in moderation, eating only when I'm hungry, stop eating when I am no longer full, and exercising enough so that it stays fun.

Become self-confident.

Run 2-3 miles three to four days a week.

Bench press every day that I don't run.

Cut down fast food and choose healthy food when I do eat out.

Lower my cholesterol to healthy levels.

    I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the **Positive Sparkers** TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
