Introduction Text With the loss of my baby sister only seven months ago, I want to show her that my health is important to me. I want to make her proud and show that my health is one of the million and more differences she has and forever will inspire me to do in my life. She has shown that life is too short to waste even a second being unhappy with myself and the choices I am making. Im gonna be proud when I do make this major change in my life and I know she will be smiling down on me for knowing that she has made such an impact on me to conquer and overcome my fears. I will make you proud my baby sister no matter what it takes. Just know that with this and many other changes, it's all because of you. I love you.

I want to live a happy full life and show my baby sister that she has made a difference in me.

Cardio, strength training, eating healthy, sleeping good, and kicking bad habits that I need to break.

Found someone that loves me for me no matter what the number on the scale says or how squishy I feel at various moments. Tells me Im beautiful when I feel the complete opposite at times. He's loved me when I've felt that I was at my worst, so I feel like he deserves to have me at my best.

Love scary movies, being with family, being with friends that I love to care about, and making everyone that I love happy.
