Make Her Proud


With the loss of my baby sister only seven months ago, I want to show her that my health is important to me. I want to make her proud and show that my health is one of the million and more differences she has and forever will inspire me to do in my life. My Goals:
I want to live a happy full life and show my baby sister that she has made a difference in me.

My Program:
 Cardio, strength training, eating healthy, sleeping good, and kicking bad habits that I need to break.


Personal Information:
Found someone that loves me for me no matter what the number on the scale says or how squishy I feel at various moments. Tells me Im beautiful when I feel the complete opposite at times. He's loved me when I've felt that I was at my worst, so I feel like he deserves to have me at my best.

Other Information:
 Love scary movies, being with family, being with friends that I love to care about, and making everyone that I love happy.

    Hi sweety, thanks for visiting my blog and leaving that lovely comment. So sorry to hear about your sister. I too lost my brother a few years ago so I think I know what you're going through. It's very hard to try and move on, but you know what? you do...you do it for them. My brothers death has made me so strong, not in the sense of weight loss ( that's a whole different story) but in the sense of "nothing can hurt me more then losing my brother" attitude. I became a different person, like I was living for him also. You never get over it, but you learn to live with it. And your sweet little sister would want you to live your life as best you can...So, do it!!! Take care and Stay Happy :-) emoticon emoticon emoticon
