Introduction Text My goal is to lose up to 40 pounds and keep it off. I miss going to the closet and being able to wear anything. Now I have to choose sides. My waistline has disappeared. I hope that weight loss will lower my blood pressure. I hope that my exercise schedule and eating program will do the trick. I think I've been rewarding myself too much. Come spring I hope to feel healthier. Come summer I hope to look healthier. Let's go me.

Manage my blood pressure. Keep up with my weekly study schedule. Not buy larger clothing. Stay away from restaurants and fast food. Get a good nights sleep. Stay Sparked!

I'm walking everyday during lunchtime and sometimes after work. I'm doing aerobics/strength training every morning before work. I'm preparing food for the week and bringing lunch to work. I'm not eating after 6 p.m. No more wind down martinis. No more Friday Happy Hours.
