ive had three girls our firstborn is in heaven and a three year old and a 7 month old I had gestational diabetes my heaviest I was 235lbs and I lost 30lbs and went down to 171lbs but i gained some lbs after getting a double fracture on my big toe.
Dec 20 2012 156 pounds. I want to be 135lbs by 3/11/13 for quite a long time .Have to stay away from soda
Jan 2013 husband finally ready to lose weight and get healthy and I'm his motivation (can't let this family down) all the hard work has started to pay off but still have a ways to go!
Never gonna quit!

My Goals:
I want to be a healthier mom for my children, I want to be at 150lbs by my 32 birthday next yr, I have the will power now to say no to junk food. Get into my size 7 stretch jeans by August 28 my dd 2 nd birthday.

I am cutting up fruits and veggies and putting them on the bottom shelf where it is more accessible to my dd and I then I will do my Leslie Sansone DVDs as she says " Every day is a great day to walk!"

Huge breakthrough ****yesterday my mil whos 100 lbs overweight and i went on a 1.35 mile walk and then a .30mile walk at old town I called her today she had gone for a 25 minute walk at 6am and is going for another walk this evening. She said and I quote "You have inspired me to start walking Sunshine." My heart is beaming inside I know she can keep it up and if she falls back I'll be there to encourage her cause shes ready :)
