Hi glad you have made the decision to be this far on sparkpeople your life can change with one decision at a time. My name is Julie, I am the mother of 3 beautiful children; Rylee 10yrs, Dylan 13yrs & Kyler 16yrs. They keep me very busy. I have a wonderful husband named Danny that I love dearly. I am a RN/ Paramedic and been working on CCU close to a year now. I have worked in L&D and ER for the last 8yrs. I worked as a paramedic for 12yrs prior to nursing and also was an EMT instructor at our local community college. I am getting my BSN online (4 months left!!) and aspire to be accepted into CRNA school with in the next couple of years. I am tired of living to eat and ready to start eating to live!! With God's help I will do it this time. I started on sparkpeople.com back in 2006 and here it is half way through 2012 and I am starting again. I need to be healthy and set an example for my kids and instill in them some healthy habits. On the bright side I just noticed that since I started back in 2006 I have lost weight so that is a good thing, I guess I would just like the next 20lbs to come off quicker than six years. :)

My Goals:
I would like to lose 60lbs(or more). I would like to be able to go into the store and try on clothes and look good. I want to feel good and be active.


My Program:
Limiting my calorie intact and exercise. Eat healthy foods and not as much processed and fast foods.



Personal Information:
I am 34yrs old, married with three children, Kyler 6, Dylan 4, and Rylee 9mo.... lol........this was my original post in 2006.


Other Information:
My favorite book is the Bible. I enjoy Bible studies with Beth Moore. My favorite show is the The Biggest Loser, love it! And I have started running the last few years and have ran 2 half marathons so far, the last one beating my first time by 7min.

    Hey there! YOU are the one rockin it! I see your exercises on myfitnesspal saying you burn like, 800 calories a day in exercise! That's freakin amazing! You are going to get to your goal SOOO fast that way. Don't stress about the fruit loops too much. The calories aren't too bad on those but the sugar content is what you should be careful of. Sounds like you had one splurge meal, which they say is actually good for dieting as long as it isn't too often. Keep on being awesome!
