My pictures are at a smaller weight (full disclosure) I will need to take a new one, but I like these ones. They are among my favorites. I need to find new reasons to have new favorites.

I can tell you, I have been through hell and back.

4 blood clots in my lungs, the death of 2 parents, and simply not making myself a priority as my family really needed me to focus on a lot of hard things. I ask myself: could you have done it and done all of this? Maybe, if I had changed priorities, but I knew helping my family needed to be my priority, and I had no more energy. I want to change that, and give myself the most and whatever is left, I will gladly give to others. Frankly, I don't think I am special. I think caretakers do give up their health, their time, their energy to others.

I need to be a caretaker of myself and then I will probably find that I have MORE to give to others. I have had it backwards all along.

So I am losing weight for myself, my family, and to honor my parents. They would have wanted this for me, more than anything else.

Lose 200# 5# at at time. Adding in things I do a long the way as well as pounds lost.

My Program:
NOT QUITTING and NOT GETTING OVERWHELMED:

2/3/2020 1260-1560calories. No more than 50 g. carbs daily and aim for 100 g. protein daily. Watch Sugar and processed FOOD. 10 glasses of water a day. Multivitamin.
