SLIMMERKIWI
Glad to hear that you are o.k. It is quite likely that it is just an annoying Plateau. What do your wife or daughter suggest? If your weight ticker is accurate, then I wouldn't be too worried - celebrate what you have lost instead :-)
This last few months has been rather hectic here. Hubby was admitted to hospital 7 times in 6 months, starting in June with a Heart Attack. He had another heart-related condition causing him to be re-admitted 3 weeks later, then he had 2 severe bowel blockages (has strictures the result of Crohn's) THEN he came off his old Racing Bike and introduced his head to the footpath, knocking himself out briefly and suffering considerable concussion. THEN after that it was because he had severe Sciatica - the Dr's thought it was the form that can cause paralysis, and none of the medications would even begin to touch the pain. Then it was a Crohn's flare-up again. The last one was the result of really bad Pancreatitis - the side-effect of medication he had just been put on for Crohn's. It very nearly killed him. He was only discharged 2 days before Xmas. I have also been racing around after my Stepfather in that time, too. Both he and hubby were taken to the Emergency Department by Ambulance within about 2 hours of each other and both in serious conditions. THEN of course my 90yr old mother is on a downhill slide now, too, and I have been going up to her re her passing out, etc. etc. I have a feeling that this year might be a repeat of last year somehow. Anyway, if nothing else, it helps a little with maintaining my weight - LOL!
