I am so tired of this weight at 314 I am hurting all over, time to
make the time for me and get serious about losing weight.
I am a diabetic on insulin. Need to get my health back NOW.
No More stopping or Restarting just going to get healthy.
We are what we eat so we need to pay attention to just exactly what that is and how your body reacts. The very least you should be doing is eating fresh and whole foods. Cut out the preservatives in pre-packaged food. Keep away from the 3 whites: sugar, flour, and pasta. Our food has the means to prevent and heal disease. Our food choices can either kill us (an ever-increasing number of studies say that they are) or pull us out of the disease process, heal us and put us back on track for lifelong health. Food should be our medicine of choice, not drugs. More than half our entire population has to take at least one drug daily (usually more than one). Degenerative diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and even several forms of cancer, could almost always be prevented and in many cases reversed by eating healthy food.

You are with a Spark friend and you are never alone as I will be walking right beside you through this journey.

Never judge me unless you have walked in my shoes!

The body achieves what the mind believes.

Change your body by changing your thoughts.

There are 3 ways - you can also be the flame that lights the candle!

Few things in the world are more powerful than a positive push. A smile. A world of optimism and hope. A 'you can do it' when things are tough.

emoticon emoticon Mix it up – January is the month when people start a routine of running, going to the gym or include some form of exercise in their weekly routines. But beware of getting into a rut. Aim to try a new workout each month, and schedule your weekly exercise sessions in your diary.

emoticon Phone Fitness – How much time do you spend on the phone, whether it is on work or social calls even Facebook. The chances are it’s hours a day. And this is usually spent sat on your bottom! Make the decision to take phone calls while standing up, walking around and even doing light exercises such as squats or lunges. You’ll burn extra calories without taking time out of your day, and your posture and back will thank you too!

emoticon Pre Plan – Preparation and planning is the key to success when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Use your diary to note all your workouts. Olympic athletes always keep a training diary, to ensure they complete their weekly workouts and see what type of training was most successful.
