Energized and ready to rock the weightloss!


I'm happier and healthier right now than I have been in years. I feel younger and probably look it to. I didn't realize how heavy I really was until I started losing weight. 30 lbs is good, 30 more would be excellent. I'm loving this.

My Goals:
My goal is to work out nearly every day of the week, eat healthier and shed some pounds

My Program:
 Exercising, using music with a good beat to get motivated, I run or use the eliptical for cardio, and I need to implement weight training. Also will start using menus on here.
