My leader does a great job with WW maintenance. Every week she has the free lifetimers raise their hands and there are always 5-10, about 20% of our meeting. Yes, WW has a maintenance plan. Back in 2009 when I first hit my goal weight I added 4 points per day. Many people quit tracking and quit going to meetings after they hit their goal. I did that several times and gained weight back. In 1999 I lost 60 pounds and kept 35 off, so that when I rejoined in 2008 I didn't have so much to lose. This time I have kept off a total of 70 pounds from my highest weight for 10.5 years. Yes, at one time it was 86 pounds I had lost, but no longer aiming to maintain that low. WW has definitely helped me, although I've tried other things for weight loss and for maintenance, too. Most of the last 10 years I have tracked on SP, but with all the zero point foods, it is easier tracking on WW. I am thinking WW is probably good for this 70 year old who is not as vain as she was, but I'm still trying the new program(s) with an open mind. Thanks for asking! -Marsha 423 days ago
