Hi! I'm 24 ready for a new change in her life! I've always stuggled with my weight and it's been a constant battle. This the third time I've started Sparks, but so far it's the longest run! I've now been on over 50 days! My Goal: To loose 58.2 pounds by September of 2012! Although, I seem to do fairly well staying within my calorie range day after day, I still have a hard time wanting to exercise. Exercise for me is like giving medicine to a little kid. I know the medicine is good for me, and I always feel better after I've taken it, but I fight it all the way! So, for the next month my goals are really going to be focused around exercising on a more regular basis!
I have entered Stage 3 on Sparks and have found that I need to remember why I'm doing what I'm doing! Going through the motivational checklist helped remind me why I'm choosing to loose weight!!!
My motto is: Slow and Steady Wins the Race!!!!

My Goals:
Loose 58 lbs by September 2012.

Be in a size 10 by December 1st!

Be in a size 8 by May 1st 2012.

Ultimate weight: 120lbs.

Count my Calories and maintain.

My Program:
Eat 1200-1600 Calories.

Eat 5 fruits or vegetables.

Strength Training:
M, W, F
WATP-3mile w/weights: MWF

3 miles per day

Personal Information:
I'm a single 24 year old who did not envision herself to be where she is right now! But soon that will change!

Other Information:
I tend to be a more indoors person...generally watching movies (usually more from the classic era then modern) or Crime Shows on CBS. During my spare time, I love to crochet while watching TV!!!!

    Thanks for the goodie, and I LOVE the moon picture. I would put an Emoticon here, but there seems to be some technical difficulties with them right now. So just pretend that there is an "AWESOME" here. LOL

    I just fell in love with that quote when I saw it, because if you have the right attitude, it just makes sense.


    PS I saved it to my pictures in my computer then added it to my pictures in my SP page pictures.

    Thank you for the goodie!!! I have been doing good. This week was my early week at work...so I did 2 miles (mixed them up each day every morning. Gonna try & do the whole 5 miles tomorrow. Next week should be able to do the
    whole thing in the morning (if I get up early enough ... LOL emoticon
