I am from MN! Married, mother of 3 (ages 7, 4 &2), I like to paint, sew, go for a walk/jog, see movies and hang out with my little family :)

I am currently maxed out- not sleeping, swimming in self doubt and unsure about what to do to get me out of this funk!

I am striving for a thriving career- but continually frustrated at corporate life, my husband is self-employed and the business is growing which is fantastic, but we stumbling along, trying to put the pieces together.

I read the book spark people and am really excited about a program that was more life alternating then a diet- I am classic yo-yo dieter and at the end of the day, I just want to happy, how I feel about myself is at such low that is it a priority to address!

Long Range Goals
1.) a healthy appearance, lose 40 pounds, wear dresses to work, clear skin, healthily attitude in one year - July 6th 2014
2.) financial plans for future in place 3 months (Oct 2013)
3.) run a 5k (Turkey trot)
4.) run a 10k (st party's day)
5.) develop a nightly routine- face wash teeth brushed journal, 3 months
6.) 3 months of wages in saving 1 year (July 6th 2013) 7.)trip to Disney 1 year
8.) be a healthy and positive role model for my kids 6 months
9.) be a good wife and partner to Nick 6 months
10.) be invested and in love with my job 2 years
11.) write a play 2 years
