Hi! My name is Jennifer. I have been struggling with my weight since I was in middle school. I am now 29, go to school and work full time, as well as participate in numerous church activities. There is so much that I want to do but I cannot do them until I lose the weight. I am ready to trash my past and move on towards my future!

My Program:
I am watching my calories, carbs, protein and fat. Also, since I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, I have to watch my sodium intake.

Calories - 1400-1800
Carbs - 169-293
Fat - 33-70
Protein - 60-158
Sodium - 1800-2300

I must drink at least 10 glasses of water a day.

I have worked up to a good workout routine. I workout Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Saturday. I typically do about a half hour on the treadmill, which right now is 1.50 miles. I then do 65 minutes on the elliptical machines and shoot for 3.50 miles. My stregnth training is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and I typically do leg presses, the rowing machine, the adomible machine, and wall pushups.

My name is Jennifer. I am 29 years old, live in Tennessee and going through a lot of changes now. I'm in the middle of the planning stage of moving out on my own; the first time ever! God is working in my life, and I'm really excited about what He has in store for me and my future. I am so blessed to have family AND a church family to support me!

Other Information:
I work full time as well as go to school full time. I am actively involved in my church as well. In my down time (if I have any), I like to play Sims 3, cook, read, watch TV, and shop!

    Spring may be official, but we are between snowstorms. Today I walked with Leslie Sansone inside the house and did a little strength training. Have you changed up your program for the new season?
