Hi :)
I have been on Spark people for a while, but just today I have decided to try make more of a regular habit of using it.
I am at a healthy weight now, and have good overall health.
However, I my relationship with food is as 'healthy' as I would like it to be. I got obsessed with healthy eating after going to food and nutrition classes at school, where I realised that I wasn't eating optimally. However I went a bit overboard. I lost a lot of weight and weighed 36kg at my lowest. Then food started interferring with my life. I was thinking about it all the time. When I started getting really stressed out and binging, I knew things had got serious and went to get help. I had anorexia. I then had amazing help and got back up to a healthy weight within a year. I was pretty happy at this point, but I am still restricting certain foods, and have a real problem when I do eat these, and then start overeating everything. I have also become vegetarian, but am really happy with this decision, and do not crave meat at all.
This year I have been at university, which is very time-demanding. Often I get tired/stressed and then often turn to food.
My main goals at the moment are:
- To eat regularly in controled portions
- no seconds
- to go to the gym at least 3x a week
- To be able to eat 'treat' foods, without feeling guilty, or ruining the rest of my day
- to have enough energy to get the study done I need to, and not to fall asleep in lectures

I am interested in raw veganism, and considering trying more of this next year.
I would be interested in people thoughts on caffiene, I am considering trying going without it, and seeing what effect this has on me.
