I have been on SP for over a year and I am still saying WOW!! I am amazed. I am so thankful I found this place. I have tried many ways to lose weight over the years from pills to prayers. I always thought there was something wrong with me that would not allow me to lose weight... slow metabolism or some other health condition that kept me from losing weight. I always thought my eating habits were good. I knew that sometimes I would over eat but most of the time I was good. Boy have I been wrong. I had no idea how much I was over eating and what I was putting in my mouth. Tracking me food and being honest about what I am eating is working!! Also the motivation and resource from SP is everything I need to stay on track!!

My goals for 2014 To run a 5K in less than 30 minutes!! To run a 1/2 marathon!
