I am ready to create a fresh start for myself: body/mind/soul. I am a person who has struggled with weight issues, on/off for a long time. I have finally come to the conclusion that this is a lifestyle change, not a diet! I am completely ready to throw the diet mentality out the window and just focus on living a healthier life: for wellness, a sense of peace, for longevity, to increase my self esteem and have more confidence in myself. It won't be easy, but I'm not giving up. ~Diamonds are made under pressure!~

5. Limits on Soda and Juice, Drinking more water
