My name's Raine. I live in western North Carolina, sell cars, and am married with a 10-year-old son. The hours I keep at work plus trying to do college classes leave me without a lot of spare time and I am trying to get more accountable in eating better and moving more to live a more healthy lifestyle. I'm in my late 30s and have been overweight most of my life, and I see my 10-year-old son headed down the same path so I'm trying to set a good example and make some changes that will carry over to help him as well. My short-term goals are to get into a habit of walking more everyday, getting more sleep, and preparing more based and nutritious meals for myself and my family. Physically, I want to get to where I can hike and spend time outside with my son without getting winded, especially hiking, to be able to run at least 5K, and to work up to complete a GoRuck challenge. My long-term goal is to lose around 170 pounds, which will be about half of the weight that I am starting out at.

Fitness Minutes: 315

My Goals:
To get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.

To spend at least 15 minutes a day de-cluttering & 15 minutes doing actual cleaning.

To remove 1 unneeded item per day from my home & to get rid of 2 things for each 1 thing I bring into it.

To drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

To lose 150 pounds and be down to my goal weight of 165 by the end of 2014.

To run a 5k in 2013.
To build up my running and biking distances, and start swimming, with the ultimate long-term (3-5yr) goal of completing an Iron-distance triathlon.

My Program:
Working out at the gym 3-4 days a week (cardio boot camp & weight routines) and walking, swimming, or doing other activities on the "off" days.

Drinking more water and less juice and soda.

Tracking what I eat to make better choices and focusing on portion control. Limiting carbs, but not sure to what extent yet.

Personal Information:
I'm 32, a stay-at-home mom, with a 4 year old son.

I live in the foothills of western North Carolina.

I'm a recovering hoarder and FlyBaby, so I will be using the goal tracking tools on here to help me de-clutter and clean, as well as to get in shape.
