Introduction Text I'm a 41 year old single Mom of two children. I joined here for community support in losing weight and becoming healthier. This year I'd like to be able to do more activities with my kids. I'd also like to be able to run for a bus without spontaneously igniting the inside thighs of my pants :o)

I'd like to lose 72lbs and reclaim my waist :o) I want my outside to reflect the me I know I am.

I'm a vegetarian so I don't eat any meat. I'm eating lower fat (and healthier fats) and higher fibre - lots of fresh fruits and veggies plus legumes. My exercise consists of walking, stretching and the Wii My Fitness Coach. I have a membership with our local YMCA and having been using their treadmills, taking their drop in classes, and swimming. I take bars and plates on Mondays and boxfit on Thursday plus swim and use their elliptical machines on some Fridays.

I am Canadian and live just outside Toronto in Whitby, Ontario. I enjoy digital scrapbooking and reading (especially fantasy and science fiction).
